Which 3ds Max versions and render engines do you support?
3ds Max 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. 2026 scenes are converted to the 2025 format automatically when you send them. The farm renders with Corona 14; V-Ray is not supported at the moment. Maximum resolution is 8K (8192 pixels).
What if a render fails halfway?
If a machine drops, the job moves to another one. If a job can't start on any machine, your credits are refunded; for any farm-side problem, just open a support ticket.
Are my files safe?
Your scenes and outputs appear only in your own dashboard. To have your account and data deleted, just write to privacy@fcafarm.com.
Can I follow along from my phone?
Yes. The dashboard works fully on your phone and notifies you when a job finishes. The Android app is coming to Google Play soon.
